We are all friends here on the internet. We could be on
the other side of the country, or even another country,
but we are all “cyber-friends”.
What is friendship really about? We talk to the authors
of Sister Chicas, three authors that wrote Sister Chicas
without living in the same state. One lives in Vermont,
the other in Illinois, and the other in New York. No, it’s
not the Charlie's Angels! It’s the Sister Chicas! Read

“virtual friendship”, as I reveal how La Diva got started
in the first place. It was in part due to my cyber-amiga
named FountainWish, all the way in Puerto Rico and

| Like always, there are some interesting facts and figures. Did you know that having friends promotes good health? So much so that friends make you live longer and having no friends is as detrimental to your health as smoking! Read on, my friend! Read on! It's interesting that now we send our friends text messages instead of calling. Emails instead of sending invitations in the mail. But life is too short, my friends! Time passes. Life happens. Forget that email and pick up that phone and call that hermana, prima, amiga, comadre. Tell them about this issue. It's a good conversation starter, if you need it! | Times passes. Life happens. Distance separates. Love waxes and wanes. Hearts break. Careers end. Jobs come and go. Parents die. Colleagues forget favors. Men don't call when they say they will.
